Information for Veterinarians
Kelly Daniel of Hybrid Dog Training & Rehabilitation is qualified and experienced in a number of areas that creates an integrated approach to rehabilitating a dog from various diagnosed issues and medical conditions, as well as maintaining and improving fitness for performance sports and working dogs.

The process
Owners can use this flow chart to decide if they need a release for general fitness training, or a rehabilitation referral form.
They can send this to you, the veterinarian or send me your details and I can request a form filled out for them.

If I see a client (in person or online) and I have concerns about an undiagnosed or misdiagnosed issue, I will refer them to a veterinarian for further diagnostics.

Post appointment for referral cases I will email a short summary of notes from the session to the referring veterinarian.

How can I help your clients dogs?
The goal of Hybrid Dog Training & Rehabilitation is to work with owners and dogs to help them reach their goals.

For a pet dog this may be regular functional life. For a performance dog like a serious agility competitor this may be working towards returning to competition.

Primarily my focus is using positive reinforcement training, and appropriate equipment to build strength with functional exercises that are tailored to the dogs structure, weaknesses, and goals.
