About Hybrid Training & Rehabilitation
Hybrid Training is all about developing happy and healthy dogs, and successful competitive teams.
By using clear and positive training methodology, combining aspects of fitness and bodywork, enrichment, and lifestyle choices you can make sure you canine teammates are healthy and happy, to make for a successful performance, pet, or therapy teams.
Kelly has vast experience and certification in a range of different techniques to help improve your dogs physical wellbeing. This includes fitness, massage, laser, rehabilitation and more.
Kelly's specialty area is working with Performance sports teams, and Working dogs. By having a good understanding of the requirements of these sports and jobs, Kelly is able to target exercises to the physical requirements of the team. She also is experienced working with dogs that have high drive and emotions, intensity, or extreme sensitivities.

Starting the 'School Support Dogs' group and helping a number of other schools start the process of having school support dogs.

FDSA Fit to Jump
Kelly was supportive and had a great eye for suggesting slight changes in mechanics or positioning to make the exercises more successful. We learned a lot and the changes in my dog's physique over the 6wks was definitely noticeable!!
Kelly is a great coach! The videos were super-helpful with different size and experience dogs. They made each exercise seem very do-able. I enjoyed this course a lot as did my class dog and the others who followed along with all the exercises. I feel I have a library of exercises for future use and I know what they are all for.
This was my first gold class and I’m so glad I did it! Kelly’s feedback was always clear and helpful for tweaking and progressing with the fitness exercises, we would not have improved so far in 6 weeks without it. And now I have a bank of exercises we are confident in and some to work on, that I can combine into a variety of workouts to keep moving forward. My dogs look forward to their evening fitness sessions!
FDSA Geeky Fitness
Kelly really puts her ALL into this class. She works with each dog individually and her feedback is detailed and laser-focused. She makes it very easy for the student to get it right. Her depth and breadth of knowledge with dogs of all shapes and sizes creates a learning environment that makes it super comfortable to show our difficulties and her feedback was like a series of lightbulb moments. I'm not new to canine fitness, and I would highly recommend this course to beginners and more experienced folks alike. Thank you Kelly, you are an exceptional instructor.

Kelly did a great job of evaluating videos, answering questions, and offering many different resources to help students learn how to train various fitness exercises for their individual dog. She was always willing to deep dive into the geeky parts of structure and fitness as well. I would happily take more classes with her!

Blizz competes in nosework, and Storm dabbles in agility.
Oz (Kitten)
Oz is the household critter controller, but he's also a cat who thinks he's a dog.
He currently has Trick Titles up to the Advanced level.
