Hybrid Workouts (April - June 2026)

About

This monthly workout class provides two workouts each month, so you work on each workout over a fortnight. Workouts will have different levels, and ideas of progression so you can progress them over the fortnight. Each month will also include one Fitness Exercise breakdown and explanation, and one discussion topic. Participants get access to the class that presents the material, and the group associated to discuss, and post videos for feedback. Participants have unlimited opportunity for questions relevant to the topics in that month, and two videos up to two minutes for feedback. You also get access to TWO other courses on this website: Warmups, and Foundation Fitness Skills. This workout program is a 3 month program, and there will be an opportunity to continue in three month periods in the future.
