Hi, I'm Liz Joyce! I am a Personal Training Specialist and I work closely with dog sport handlers of all fitness levels to improve their transferrable strength, athleticism, agility and speed.

I've been coaching since 2006, and working with handlers since 2016. I’ve logged over 18000 client training hours to date, helping 1000+ handlers improve their fitness including the Irish WAO team. I hold certifications in Running Gait Analysis and Foam Rolling and Myofascial Release.

My name is Kelly Daniel, and I'm Hybrid Dog Training.

Hybrid Training is all about developing happy and healthy dogs, and successful competitive teams. By using clear and positive training methodology, combining aspects of fitness and bodywork, enrichment, and lifestyle choices you can make sure you canine teammates are healthy and happy, to make for a successful performance, pet, or therapy teams.

I have certifications including Canine Fitness, Myofascial Release (massage), Sports Foundation Trainer, Fear Free Trainer, Canine Mobility and more.

How does it work?

The challenge runs for the month of September, with Liz and Kelly releasing videos with essential core exercises each week.
